Wow loved this emotional listen

Wow, the story has so much depth and so much emotion. I loved it, even though it was a very tough listen at times. The Author talks about very sensitive subjects but kept you captivated with the romance aspect. I loved the story and I adore the series. I can’t wait for the next book! Highly recommend ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

TWISTED YET AMAZING LOVE STORY!

I don’t even know where to start but this is by far the BEST story in the entire series. From a horrific murder, to a dangerous revenge plot, to finding love and God! I literally cried listening to Mason and Beatrix’s captivating love story! MUST READ!
The only unfortunate thing about this book is that you have to listen to the first five books to understand the relationships of the other characters as it connects to Mas and Trix, which really isn’t all that unfortunate!

LOVE & REVENGE AMONGST DANGER & INTRIGUE

In the previous book (book 4) Mason (aka Baywatch) got his heart broken when Eve chose Cam over him so now he thinks there's no point in being a 'good guy' because what all the women seem to want is a bad guy. Now, with determination and anger fuelling him, he plans on changing things so, when a woman bumps into him which sends his phone crashing to the floor, he doesn't miss the opportunity of being a badass bastard. Even her looks and heartfelt apologies didn't sway his resolve and then the sassy woman gave back as good as she got, threw his phone smashing it and finally walked off. But it wasn't going to be the last time Mason saw her as their paths kept crossing.... in very very different situations. Which had him questioning, wondering, second guessing and even changing his newly developed personality back and forth a few times because Trix's lifestyle played some intense mind games with him.

Trix is a Stripper but there's a tragic reason why she's doing what she does and mixing with a badass Biker too - vengeance and revenge - but, as she slowly gets to know the real kind, caring, thoughtful and possessive Mason, instead of his overbearing jerk side, the more Trix's feelings grows. For four years she's been blinded by her burning revenge and starts to question whether she could, or would, give it all up for love.... but, just when she's made her choice, someone else has a deadly plan for her and steps in and throws her into her worst nightmare..... one where history is set to repeat itself.

Another great listen by JB Salsbury however this time it's not really centred around the Fighting scene but rather the world of an Exotic Dancer who goes to private parties and a Club to perform. And Mason's bad news brother leads him into some dangerous situations and reacquaints him with an old flame as well as a vicious cold-hearted criminal boss who won't take no for an answer, is a menacing and threatening Crime Lord and oozes danger to the max..... but Mason underestimates just how evil he could be.

Worth a credit? A very enjoyable roller coaster of a story that's got angst, drama, edge of your seat suspense, tension, romance, tenderness, sex, twists and well loved characters from the previous books. I didn't agree with everything Trix did, but that's how the story played out and she did suffer because of it. Dual POV's, great narration and, as with all the books in this series, it could be a standalone listen and YES another creditworthy addition happily added to my library.

I loved the ending!

I have binged these books and there hasnt been anything I didnt like about them!!! Best Romance series ever!!

Intense Ride

I felt like I was constantly being thrown for a loop and on the edge of my seat with this one. It was exciting and nerve racking all at the same time. Mason was such a sweet guy, but was still tough and sexy. Trix was sweet and tough, but stuck on vengeance.

Mason keeps getting drawn into tough situations with his half brother Drake, whose father is a drug and gun Lord. Mason keeps trying to get Drake out of that world and always has his back and tries to protect him even though Drake did the unforgivable and basically seduced Mason's high school sweetheart and took her from him. Trix is stuck on finding the man or men who brutally murdered her older sister a few years earlier. As their worlds intertwine things get complicated and Trix asks Mason to make the ultimate sacrifice for her need for revenge. Not to give too much away, but I still cannot believe he agreed to it. Can't.Even.Imagine.

Pieces start coming together and Trix ends up becoming the ultimate sacrifice if Mason can't find her in time. Little did either of them know that her path to find her sister's murderer was actually taking her closer than ever to finding her sister's same fate. The end totally caught me off guard as I did not see that coming. Stunned.

Really enjoyed this one adn the wrap up although I would have liked to know how things ended up with Mason and Drake. He asked for time to process the events and then in the epilogue 3 years later there was no mention of their relationship.
