very predictable but with a couple of great little twists.

even know the book was a sappy romance from the word go.
it was wonderfully written and performed. very nice read
can't wait for the next two in the series.

No talking about throbbing body parts.

So I don’t read romance novels for the sex scenes. I don’t mind a well written scene that is different but most are the same. This was an uplifting book though clearly in fiction. Are there stronger writers, yes. But this is a romp through the wilderness of romance.

Writing and character development is terrible

I know this is fiction but why did a wilderness expert seem amazed at a rainbow by a waterfall? The main character also seems incredibly shallow and unlikeable. She spends every sentence lying and the mmc thinks it’s adorable? It is painful even free was a rip off from the time spent listening.

Boring

Detail after detail of every single situation - very little storyline!
Also boring storyteller! Bite by bite information.

Insipid behavior by unsympathetic characters

Really? I’m so glad I didn’t pay for this juvenile attempt at character development. Tried falling asleep with this on but kept getting mad.
