I'm shook by this books preformance and lore reveals. A must read for long time fans.

My word man! This was amazing so much was confessed and the hurt in his voice while he spoke. Damn, I hope Malcador was telling the truth.

Fantastically Human

I love the implications yet the ambiguity in the intent. This short brilliant story is refreshing in setting and fast pace that really fleshes out the Sigillite.

You promised me it wouldn't be like this.

Malcador speaks with one of his closest friends on her deathbed. As the conversation continues it is clear Malcador is opening up to her and instead of comforting her in her last moments he tries to convince himself it will all work out. A view into one of the most important characters in the imperium Malcador shows it all has not gone according to plan, yet he is ready for what awaits him.

Short lived masterpiece

A short story but a must heard story. I love reading most of the Warhammer’s stories but this one elevates the story the the characters to a whole new dimension.
