Great stuff...

... but sloppily edited! Literally entire swaths of the book were repeated, given the distinct feeling of déjà vu on occasion. Which is unfortunate because this stuff is not easy to digest, even though they (the authors) do their best to make it accessible. Still worthy of taking in, though.
