Very quick, lots of info, probably will reread for some of the simple recipes. I reccomend this book for those beginning a fitness lifestyle or attempting to understand dietary nutrition. It's very basic.

i finished the book in one setting, it is a great guide if your brand new to fitness and looming i to thr different dieting options but if you already have a background in fitness and have established yourself i wouldnt recommend as the knowledge base is basic
