mostly a nice story for a family, though focused on being good too much

it's rather nice, but it has a culturally Christian mindset, where it's implied that lying to your kiddos about Santa Claus is okay and there's too much emphasis on somehow being good in our own strength, instead of doing good out of the overflow of the heart that trusts Jesus' Goodness and is thankful for His undeserved love.
