Cannot give a high enough review

You will not regret this book. It covers all of the big topics with detail, tips, and warnings. It is a book you can read over and over again for new advice. Additionally, the authors have integrity. Often times in the real estate field, you come across people who are “sketchy”. These guys are classy.
