Loved it even more than the book

My review cannot explain just how fabulous this story was. It had everything a listener could ever want: beautifully narrated characters, a storyline that hooks you in from the opening lines and does not let go, emotions that run from laughing out loud to sighing with happiness and family dynamics that makes you want to be part of their family. Truly Adriana Locke has out done herself. Jess and Pippa will become instant favorites and this will be an audiobook you will listen to again and again when all other audiobooks fail. Samantha Brentmoor and Ryan West were perfect in their roles as Pippa and Jess.

Loved it

This was a fabulous read from Adriana Locke. From the first chapter I was hooked on the story she wove about Pippa and Jess. I love friends to lovers’ stories and Fluke every box for me.

When I read the blurb for Fluke I knew I wanted to read it and I was not disappointed in any way. This was a well written, entertaining story that left me with a smile on my face. A little white lie cannot hurt, that is until is comes back to haunt you.

When Pippa makes up an ex husband she backs herself into a corner when to save her job she needs to “produce” him. This is when Jess enters the picture and I am so glad that he did.

I fell hard and fast for Jess, such a swoon worthy man who ticked all my boxes. I really felt for Pippa as she struggled with her family and my heart broke for her.

There were moments where I laughed and moments where I swooned. All Pippa has ever wanted is to be loved and Jess was just the man for her. Samantha Brentmoor and Ryan West's narration was a joy to listen to and brought the story to life for me.

Great romance!

This book was so much fun! Great story. Great writing. Solid conflict. Well developed characters. I couldn’t ask for a more fun weekend listen. The narrators did a great job! Another winner by Adriana Locke. I can’t wait for Banks’s story!!!

Swoon Worthy

I freaking loved this book! I got the audio for free, and now I have to go back and start with book 1. I loved the whole Carmichael family. Jess, was just an overall swoon worthy man, sweet, caring, respectful everything you'd want in a man. This book had me laughing out loud many times and Banks.... Banks is just too much. I loved him and can't wait to see if he gets his happy every after. I loved the family dynamic and how they all had fun teasing each other.

The narrators did an awesome job too and Samantha Brentmoor has become a favorite female narrator of mine, she does a man's voice so well. This was my first book with Ryan West and I really enjoyed him as well..

Swoony and fun

This book hit me in all the right spots and left me smiling. I think this was a really unique way to spin a common trope and I liked the originality of it. I loved getting to know more of Jess and Pippa-and fell in love with their journey.

I wasn't expecting to swoon as hard as I did for Jess! I don't know why, I just wasn't. But holy cow am I glad I was proven wrong. Ryan West did an amazing job bringing him to life for me. He is a fabulous book boyfriend for sure!

I wanted to give Pippa a million hugs-then slap the members of her family. She is strong, smart and so sassy and fun. I think she and I would be fast friends. Samantha Brentmoor knocked this narration out of the park and made me feel like Pippa was right in the room with me.

This is a small town romance done very well. I would absolutely recommend this book-and I know it's one that will stick with me. I look forward to seeing what this Author brings us next.
