We arrived at Verus, whole and mostly unmolested. The temple is as grand as anything I’ve ever seen back home… even if its people are four snowflakes short of a flurry. The other Troth are great, as are most of the Scion, but Momma, one of them—Scion Ambrose—is a little too interested in this buxom snowbunny! Nan will sort him out soon enough. We may not be in Nortia anymore, but we brought the frost south.

I’m worried that maybe the Goddess got it wrong and I’m meant to be back home cleaning out the coops and keeping the fishing holes ice-free, instead of here, ensuring Ærta’s prosperity. I suppose, though, if the Goddess chose me to traverse this path, then surely it’s the one I’m bound to be on.

Follow Eira and her Epic story !!

I fell in love with Following the Snow when I first read the book, but it was a whole new amazing experience listening to it !!! I loved E.A. and Ken's story telling. I was fully engaged in this story unfolding, it felt like they gave it new meaning !!! I didn't want the book to end, E.A. truly wholeheartedly brought Eira to life, and to hear Ken's version of Ambrose and Cato was swoon worthy to say the least. This book will always be a 10/10 star ⭐ read in my books. This Epic Romantasy never seizes to be out of this world AMAZING 😍. I cannot wait to hear them bring the other books in the series to life !!! If you haven't had a chance to read the book yourself then look no further, listen to the audio and be immersed in the world building, the epic love story and all the jam packed action!!!

AMAZING narration by the author!

What a ride! I instantly was hooked in. Book one was filled with detailed world and character building and hilarious banter between our three main characters. Key Points: Amazing world building. Witty and super sassy banter. Body positivity. Slow-burn to spicy romantasy. Cliffhanger!!!

A great debut novel! I ordered copies of all three books in the series to continue on Eira’s story.

Amazing characters!

Holy wow! This was a long epic for sure, but the narrators did an amazing job bringing all of the characters to life. How am I supposed to wait for the second one to be on audio? It wasn’t just smut, not by a long shot. There was a deep plot and really good world building and the spicy scenes were 🔥🔥🔥🔥🔥 pretty darn hot. Sensual and primal. Also, I didn’t expect it to be both serious and funny. I was actually laughing out loud. I am excited to continue the series and see where it goes.

chapter 25

This book may be romance and fantasy but it is quite different. The twists and turns are not what I expected. especially chapter 25.

I am so angry with myself for not reading this one sooner! This was amazing!!!
Slow burn, why choose fantasy. The characters, the storyline, and the whole world that this author created was terrific. I was hooked right from the first chapter. The sassy, sarcastic & witty banter from the FMC was hands down, phenomenal!!
The author narrates the FMC in the audiobook, and it's an absolutely perfect fit. And I know it's her character, she wrote her, but I just think it added so much more to this story. The author is always so positive, funny and just has a terrific attitude on social media, and she has written that into her character.
Highly, highly recommend!!!!
