For Wherever the Carcass is There the Eagles will be Gathered Together is an exposition of Matthew 24:28 and Luke 17:37.
It is one of the several Messianic prophecies we find in these chapters from the Gospel according to St. Matthew and the Gospel according to St. Luke. For those who are not ardent readers of the Bible, it may sound difficult to explain because of the immediate contexts in which it appears. There are many views on the subject but the one that we find here is not only different but also sounds closer to its actual meaning.
The good thing is that the contexts in which it occurs are also adequately dealt with. It helps fix the timings of certain prophecies and clarify the sequence in which they get fulfilled. Biblical scholars have done well to take pains to establish the chronological order of the major end-time prophecies. This little book should be viewed as a worthy contribution from its author to this purpose.
Having said that, it must be added that the purpose of this book is certainly more than that. Its true worth lies in its exposition of this particular prophecy. The readers will come to know that it is learning the exact meaning of the verse that enables them to find out when and why it will occur.
