Claire Durham was content with her single life in upscale Fernwood, Georgia. She had a good job, nice apartment, and her best friend lived nearby. The last thing she’d expected was learning she’d inherited a house and land in the rural town of Peach Grove, Georgia. She quickly became fascinated with the llamas who used her pasture. Should she make a move to her property and discover an entirely different lifestyle?

Wealthy bachelor Dexter Jennings enjoyed working for his father’s real estate company in Fernwood, and knew he was expected to take over the business when his father retired. But after viewing some farmland in Peach Grove, Dexter began having second thoughts about his future plans. Did he really want to remain in Fernwood, living the country club lifestyle of his parents?

When Dexter wants to purchase Claire’s land, she’s adamant about not selling. After several chance encounters, the couple begins dating. Claire thinks she’s found a man she can trust, until she overhears a business phone call. Now Dexter must convince her that he is trustworthy and genuinely loves her, llamas and all.
