A pleasant and compelling surprise! The author approaches this timely topic with clarity, while expanding the conversation in a provocative way. Far more comprehensive than the length of the book may suggest by including thorough appendixes for awareness of implementation steps for groups and businesses. For those willing to go deep and ponder the spiritual side, there is plenty of historical and philosophical references to inspire introspection. I was tempted to skim some areas, but am glad I took the time to allow the information and thoughtful prodding to challenge my overall conclusions.
