A Solid Clean Novel

I was asked to read and review this by Jolene a good friend.

I have not read her other novels, but I can say this is a good opening to the world and prequel to give an idea of how everything started and why things are happening. It's also done at a good pace the book doesn't feel rushed or drawn out, it's hit that good in-between. It also leaves the door open to several questions I'm sure she answers in the other novels, but it's not questions that make you feel like the book is incomplete. The book for finished and well put together and you are left wondering what is to come next and how will she answer the questions from this novel in her future novel. She crafted this novel quite well and what makes it even better it's clean, which is the best part to me. She is a clean author, so if you're looking for something to enjoy or a kid to enjoy without anything bad in it Jolene has your covered. Check the book out and give her over novels a try everyone!!

The only thing I didn't like were the sound effects, but that is just me, I felt it pulled me out of the story. However, I know a lot of people enjoy sound effects.
