The case escalates into a race against time as Frank realizes the disappearances are part of a coordinated human trafficking ring using cruise ships as a pipeline. With evidence mounting and enemies closing in, Frank must rely on instinct, technology, and his growing circle of allies to expose the operation before more victims are lost.
