great ideas and a great book

This book is amazing and has made a real impact on my business already while reading. I finished today and now planning to relisten to it again and take more notes. Thanks for writing it means so much to me

Listen I really am so pleased with how practical this book really is! I felt like this book was written for me as I’m constantly trying to do/find free time in my life. Along with the practicality; the author provides a toolkit that accompanies the book that will help implement the concepts/ principles with confidence! Thanks Jenny for showing me time is my life force!

Excellent Strategies

I bought this after hearing the author's excellent interview with Cal Newport. These great strategies are a nice alternative to the "hustle hustle hustle" burnout culture that seems to be pushed so heavily in other circles. She delivers very practical advice with actionable steps for those that value wealth first in terms of time, freedom, and energy.

My only *very* minor improvements I would recommend are these: 1) The book is read with such an unnatural level of positivity that the author's genuineness feels lost (compared to her interview with Cal Newport which is included at the end of the audiobook and is very natural in comparison). 2) There were a couple of odd digressions, like a mini-lesson on woke-ish "privilege", which just seemed out of place in this book.

Overall an excellent book. Highly recommend.

Wow

Absolutely packed with value and ideas I haven’t heard elsewhere. As someone who has read almost every business book, I can say that this is a one-in-a-decade resource. Hard to overstate how much immediately actionable steps there are to impact my bottom line while carving out more time and freedom than I thought was possible. Highly, highly recommend.

Useless if you have any organizational skills

Let me save you 10 hours of your life.
If you have ever had the idea to keep track of things on paper or an app instead of in your mind, you won't need this book. This is one of several 'big' revelations in this milking-the-cow piece of content.

Also, it's peculiar that in most cases where the author shares a success story, it's about a fellow coach or speaker.
