I got this audiobook because I had read excerpts of the book and liked it. The audiobook is an improvement in rather than getting good advice on how to make your life better, now it is like you are listening to great advice from your best friend. Sage step by step talks about how you can make peace and release the negative aspects in your life and heal so you can embrace a more positive lifestyle which can only bring more joy and happiness into your life. She distills from various sources but in an easily digestible ways how to make it work. Even if you think you already know this, trust me, it doesn't hurt to have it reiterated. A great self help book which actually works if you take her advice.
