Very good

This is my first listen or read of Gary Smalley. I have followed Gary Chapman's advice for a long time and was pleasantly pleased w/Gary Smalley. I learned alot from this audiobook. I do suggest it to anyone who has trouble w/anger in their marriage. I find I get frustrated easily w/my husband and found great advice to follow here. I will definitely find more from Dr. Smalley.

Anger is an anchor

It's hard to understand and recognize anger in yourself. This book can help you let it go. Anger holds you in place stick like a ship that's dropped anchor, but releasing it is like pulling up the anchor freeing ones self to move forward in any direction. Great read. If you are a grudge holder, this book is definitely for you!
