Very helpful book for directors of all experience levels

I loved this book and all the very helpful information for all aspects of our job as a center director. I will be implementing several new ideas shared. I have been a successful center director almost 21 years and still found the book very helpful.

Narrators voice is tough

I was so excited to start listening to this book and almost every chapter by myself needing to pause is the narrator’s voice gets overwhelmingly screechy. I think this book is very valuable but again would encourage reading opposed to listening. No justice is done through the narrator.
