Simple Romance

The story was a short and sweet listen not really that deep. The prequel to the series and I believe that it was funny and enjoyable enough. I enjoyed both characters but probably would have been a better read than listen because the narrator was not it. She kept taking awkward pauses while reading and when switching from the male pov and female pov her voice remained mostly the same, making it hard to stay invested in the characters and who was saying what.

I really enjoyed this book. I look forward to reading more books by this author.

Immature children

I had high hopes. A little fighting and working it out is fun to read about. The two main characters are such immature jerks that it is a wonder they can run successful functioning businesses. I really wanted to like them, but kept waiting for one of them either one to grow up. They didn't.

Extreme disappointment

After reading the Wedding Belles Book 1, I went back and read this. The characters are immature and selfish. I didn't even care if they got together or not. It was nowhere near as good as Book 1. Now I'm wondering if I should continue the series.
