Great book about Leadership

I recommend this book for those who want to learn more about true Leadership. There are a lot of excellent leadership principles based on the author's own experience that he has successfully applied both as CO (Navy Commander Officer) at sea and later as CEO at land. Easy to read with a lot of real stories, real people, and real examples which made this book so interesting and authentic.
