A good guide to connect with your inner self

This is a great audiobook to help you connect with yourself, especially important in these fast-paced modern times. The author goes into great detail in each chapter. My favorite was chapter 7 "letting go". Some great tips for recognizing negative signs and letting them go. Sometimes these signs can be hard to identify, but Belle gives easy techniques to identify and remove/deal with these potentially harmful things. I highly recommend this book!

A new way to look at things ❤️

I enjoyed this audiobook. Particularly the chapters on letting go and the subconscious. It is definitely a different way of looking at the world and you can tell the author has a lot of knowledge on the subject and a passion for this.

Also thought the narration was well done 👍🏼

What a great book that will truly help in improving yourself. Myself as someone who is always looking to get better at all aspects in life found this book to be inspiring and I have a new self motivation. The narrators voice I found to have a sense of calming and after listening to the book found myself feeling all warm inside.
