But what starts for Kaname as a simple trip to learn more about the mystery surrounding her quickly snowballs into a firefight in a chemical weapons facility, a reunion with a mortal enemy, and a battle for control of a runaway submarine!

However things turn out, at least she can't claim that her summer was uneventful...

I LOVED IT!!!

I have been a BIG fan of the Full Metal Panic series since the anime was first released back in 2002, it is in my top 5 animes of all time, and I was so surprised when I heard that they were going to be making audiobooks based on them, this series of books has been perfect for me, especially since the voice actors of Chris Patton & Luci Christian came back to voice the characters I love, and even some they didn't do, I have absolutely zero issues with this audiobook and I hope they do the full story, if you are as much of a fan of Full Metal Panic as I am then you will enjoy it to, 11 out of 10!!!

While we are all here for the main event (Hearing Kaname and Sousuke again), Luci and Chris do a wonderful job voicing the other characters. Luci does an excellent rendition of Tessa and Melissa and Chris does a great job as Kurz and Gauron.

Lot's of action in this one and some great character development.

Eagerly awaiting Volume 4!!!

Full Metal Panic! is back and better than ever

Love this series, and I love audiobooks. I've been pleasantly surprised by the recent wave of light novels getting audiobook adaptations recently, and when I saw that FMP! was one of them, I knew I had to listen. They've done a fantastic job—great performances by Luci Christian and Chris Patton—and this is a great story deserving the audiobook treatment. FMP! does such a great job combining the humor with the heavy subjects, and the characters are all excellent. Stellar action, compelling dialogue, and great pacing—FMP! has it all and definitely deserves your credit.
