The storyline is awesome

I like the story line and the fact that the advance improvements of story telling has giving automatons consciousness and feelings. It has added a human aspect to the story being told with what I didn’t like about was why didn’t the protagonist didn’t wear glasses to cover his new eyes to lessen the distraction from his home planet. Seems like that would have caused a major issue in the story line. Why they waited so long to become intimate.
