Good story

I liked the story but I feel like it was missing key feelings between Gabby and Trey. The narrator was okay. It took me a couple of chapters to get into it. the male characters sounded more monotone but liked her voice as Gabby. I think the book would have been better with a male and female narrator.

I was given a free copy of this audiobook at my request and now I’m voluntarily leaving this honest review.
The narrator was excellent. I felt she captured the characters perfectly. The story was just okay. It kind of dragged on and just when I thought we were getting somewhere it stopped. Lacked character development and story depth. I don’t think I will be reading more of this series.

Stunning

This story was amazing! I loved the characters. Fabulous narrator. I just wish it told about the finding of Gabby's family too!

Great read!

I loved this story. The writer and narrator did an awesome job bringing every character to life. I could not put this story down, I needed to know what was going to happen next. My only negative comment is that Gabby survived for 5 years, staying a step ahead of her abductors. Only a strong, smart and courageous young woman could manage that. Why after finding a safe sanctuary would you make Gabby a weak, cowardly shadow of a person. Over all great beginning to this shifter series. I am looking forward to Book 2 Trina. I would definitely recommend this book.

Exceptional narrator

The narrator does a good a great job. One of the characters is really hyper and loves to talk, which comes across exceptionally well. The voice range from old to young, male to female is wonderful.
Gabby and Trey get a happy for now ending because she is still.searching for her missing family. I am excited to listen to more!
