Prince Jesmir, recently freed from his captors, separated from his twin sister, and still lost in grief over the murder of his father, must trust his life to the very man hired to track him down.

Two strangers, bound by a promise, escape into the RhineWoods. Their best path brings them dangerously close to Garrow's Basin, a place they'd both prefer to avoid. Full disclosure I’ve read this book multiple times in print form and already knew I loved it but that’s what made me curious to hear how a narrator would interpret it. Well done to the narrator, you did a great job bringing the characters and story to life.

As for the story, why do I love it…well, Sean Gregory has a wonderful imagination and snarky sense of humor that I can’t get enough of. On top of that his characters feel so real that I feel like I’m a part of their little tribe. I wonder what I’d bring to the table? Hmm 🤔 what would you bring? Read and see what you enjoy most. And if you like this, 100% read the rest of the series. Books 1 and 2 are fantastic! Best fantasy I’ve read in a long while.

Excellently performed version of the story I love
