Is your relationship making you feel constantly on edge, emotional, and confused? Do you have a person in your life who constantly drives up your stress and anxiety? Are you always apologizing to your significant other and often question your own judgement? By saying yes to any of these questions, you have just established that you are a victim of gaslighting.

Yes, it comes unexpectedly. The abuse starts off as harmless banter, then it escalates to something more sinister. Before you realize it, your abuser has sunk their teeth into you, and you don’t know how to break free from their influence.

But it doesn’t have to be this. Life has so many positive things in store for you. And while it may not seem possible right now, help is here when you’re ready for it. This book, Gaslighting Recovery Workbook: How to Overcome Manipulation, Narcissistic Abuse, Codependency, and Heal Yourself will show you how.

In this life-changing book, you will:

  • Learn what gaslighting is by getting acquainted on the ins and outs of gaslighting, its warning signs, and symptoms–so you’ll never have to fall victim to it again.
  • Hear all about common manipulation techniques: Identify abusive gaslighting tendencies early, and remove yourself from the situation as soon as possible.
  • Get to know what emotional and psychological abuse is, from its signs to its symptoms, and how it negatively impacts you.
  • See first-hand what gaslighting looks like: Whether it’s in your romantic relationships, familial relationships, or professional relationships, gaslighting is prevalent—don’t be a victim.
  • Deal with toxic people: Automatically detect toxic people in your life and take yourself out of their drama fast so you won’t waste time and energy trying to figure them out.

And so much more!

The exercises helped me recognize patterns I hadn’t noticed before and gently rebuild my self-trust.
I appreciated how supportive and grounding the guidance felt, never overwhelming or judgmental.
Each section gave me small but powerful shifts in how I see myself and my boundaries.
By the end, I felt stronger, clearer, and more confident in reclaiming my sense of self.

I recently admitted to my psychologist that despite having this book for at least a year, I never actually read it thoroughly. I haven't read chapters 5 to 6, but it has been really helpful for me to put a face to the emotional abuse I've had from family members and the trauma they've gaslighted me with. Near the conclusion, the book also delves into trauma; it teaches you about trauma, self-esteem, assertiveness, and how gaslighting can undermine many of these things in a non-binary way (which I love the idea of inclusivity). I was going to open up some discussions with my psychologist by discussing everything in this book with him or her because it had been helpful to me. I could see myself suggesting this book as a psychology major or student.

This is a very good and important book.
