Good info on a variety of topics, given in a way to interest me in looking more into most of it

I love the information in this book. It definitely helped me out.

However, with it being an audiobook all the pictures and diagrams that she's referring to, I can't see those. I believe that if I buy a book that's supposed to have that in I should be able to see the diagrams and pictures
