i recommend this book to reinforce yout decisions. moving on is painful but can be for the best thig for you especially if there was abuse involved.I just finished read this book and it is very easy to follow. I haven't implemented the steps yet since my wife is moving out in a few days and we still need to talk about a few things, but I hope the steps work!
