It works

At first I thought this was a bunch of mumbo-jumbo psychobabble. However, I followed the instructions of the book and it worked. Honestly learned a lot about myself and I'm better for it.

Truly life-changing!

He says to listen to it many times over and that’s what I’m doing. I am noticing such a huge difference in my life already and it’s only been a week and a half. This is the most important thing I ever embark upon. I’m so grateful that I found Bill Ferguson. Wow! What I’m noticing the most, is if you do everything he tells you to do in the book (action steps at the end of each chapter) you will absolutely get the results that he is offering. Yayyyyyyyyy!!! Life is to short not to get the gift of truly have in your power back. Get ready to get in the trenches it’s worth it. Your power and your true happiness it’s just on the other side of this work.

A healing experience

We all have certain personality traits within us that are self-limiting and at times, also self-sabotaging. Our natural response is to deny, fight or resist these. But the more we resist, the more these show up, making us feel powerless. The power comes back to us when we stop fighting these and go in for full self acceptance. While Bill has explained the concept in intellectually convincing manner, it becomes more effective (as Bill also suggests) when we experience it emotionally. Bill walks us through a step by step process in identifying our innermost hurts, their evidences in our lives and eventually healing them. If you do the exercises, it shall be a soul searching and healing experience.

I felt light and healed when I actually went through the process at emotional level (i.e really feeling the feelings)
