Some interesting things to think about from listening to this. I don't think I would ever go totally vegan but am thinking of incorporating some ideas in my diet. The narrator is excellent - I enjoyed his voice and inflection. I will be anxious to hear more from him.

I could learn the same in an amateur YouTube video. It’s all about what raw vegans believe and not a single study or scientific piece of information. Many statements are vague and could be misleading like “you can obtain all needed proteins from plants”. If your search for studies that prove it, it won’t found any.
