The horrible AI narration

The only thing that’s made it possible for me to keep going with this book is that I read it on my Kindle first. The plot really isn’t awful, but the AI narration removes so much from the quality. It reads words, incorrectly, has no understanding of tone or went to pause, and ultimately removes the heart of the book. I would not pay for this for sure. AI has a long way to go before. It can have any ability to replace a human narrator, which is an art form. I really wish this author would find human beings to narrate their novels.
