This is by far one of the best books on puberty out there. This very important time of a young girl's life should be supported and every resource needed made available for her. If this is not done, the time which should be her proud coming-of-age will instead be daunting and stressful for her. The author prepares a girl for puberty and so allows her to enter that stage calmly, and with the information she needs. As a teacher and a guidance counselor, I recommend this book to parents, educators and just about anyone . Good job!

Great guide for teenage girls

This was a helpful listen for all girls going through puberty and dealing with the many changes their body goes through. I have two sons, but know other parents who struggle explaining things to their daughters concerning puberty. This audiobook helps resolve those issues tremendously. I feel this is a family listen as it can aid both parent and daughter. Highly recommend this selection for teenage girls needed a helpful hand going through a difficult stage of life. Great job!

Great Encouraging Resource for Girls!

I am always in favor in material that helps kids and teens with education and self-help. This book does exactly that for girls that are going through puberty! I would recommend this to any family that has a growing girl and would recommend the Dad read this as well! Also, a very creative title, as well. All around a great book!

Great book

This is a really useful and informative book for anyone with teenage girls going through puberty.
It can be a scary time and the book explains how to understand what they’re going through with practical steps on dealing with their emotions and physical changes. I particularly found the bits on understanding emotions useful as it had helped me to emphasise a lot more

Really nice and informative

I really enjoyed listening to this audiobook with my daughter. It gives the opportunity to discuss and talk about things girls her age need to start knowing. It was very easy to understand and quite informative. My daughter is recommending it to her friends. I would highly recommend it as well to any parent wanting to start this dialogue with their daughter.
