This was so so good, as a therapist of many years and life coach this fed my personal soul so much. Not only will I embody this in myself, but will teach this to no end. The author is the friend, mentor Bestie, auntie, Mother that every woman should have to teach and remind her of her inherit strength within. I will probably listen to this at least once a month.
