In the tourist town of Ferndale, CA, Kimmie Blanco is accosted by a goblin hiding in the forest behind her rustic bed-and-breakfast. Ollie reluctantly helps Kimmie in her hunt, despite suffering his own crisis of faith in the ‘family business.’ The life of a hunter is lonely, unappreciated, and littered with personal losses, and his enthusiasm is further diminished when what should be a simple hunt turns into a fiasco. When more dead bodies start showing up in the forest, Kimmie and Ollie are forced to confront the mystery this strange little goblin presents. Is he acting alone, or is he simply the harbinger for more trouble to come?

GOBLIN HUNTER, Audiobook and eBook - Not knowing what to expect and wanting a different genre, I selected these books. Luck was with me. This is an immersing read with intriguing story lines and an interesting variety of characters. There is a bit of humor, too. Clean and good enough for older adolescents. The narration is done by Virtual Voice and does a good job since the book only contains the English vocabulary but does a terrible job of casting the spells - makes the witch sound inexperienced.
