The day of reckoning has arrived.

But what use does a goblin war party have for a sage-in-training?

Thistle will go to any lengths to get payback on the humans who murdered her family and to ensure that such a tragedy will never happen again.

Leading the goblins is the warrior Noe. Her solution to the human problem? Kill them all, or at least drive them away from the goblin homeland.

As Thistle will discover, the world has changed since the goblins isolated themselves in the hills north of the Inland Sea.

Three factions of humans with shifting allegiances vie for dominance. As the goblins begin their attack, Thistle realizes that for her kind to avoid destruction, they must learn to understand their enemy.

War and diplomacy are skills the goblins have forgotten. Thistle will have to be a quick learner.

Pick up the fourth installment of the acclaimed Goblin Reign series, with enough twists and action for any fantasy fan!

War Chief is soothe great addition to the Goblin Reign series. I was a little disappointed to not follow more of Spicy's story, but Thistle's story in War Chief was a great change of pace to the storyline. Gerhard did a great job giving more insight to the goblin race as a whole, and the suprising amount of humanity within the goblin kind. Continuing seeing old characters being prodiminant to the current storyline was well woven. Overall I continue to be hooked on this series.

As for Gareth, he continues to nail the narrative with such a difficult cast to give life too. outstaning job.
