children!!! my children want to hear this book over and over.

A kids book that great for adults too.

I enjoyed listening to this book. Even though it was written for children it was well informative for adults. It gave easy steps on how to be healthy. Even though the audiobook can stand alone, you can follow along with the book as a good visual illustration for the kids. Definitely great as a set.
