After years of hiding from her past and running from heartache, Molly is forced to return to her small hometown where the rumor mills are happily spinning, and nothing can remain a secret for long. Once a bubbling softball player for the local high school, Molly has become disillusioned about relationships after her trust has been bruised by one too many broken promises. But when her mom gets sick, she has no choice but to return home and face the shadows from her past. Set in a small mountain valley during the middle of winter, a heavy snowstorm threatens to upend her carefully pieced together defenses. Will Molly be able to open up again and let an old flame help guide her, or will she remain closed off and choose to go it alone? If you’ve ever struggled to give someone a second chance or battled to forgive an old friend, you’ll immediately relate to Molly’s situation. This book will renew your trust in the power of fate and strengthen your confidence in the ability of lost love. Will Molly be able to trust again and move forward during her time of need, or will she continue down her path of solidarity and fortitude? Click the BUY NOW button at the top and find out today. The story was okay, not very interesting, but the narrator was so bad it became distractive. She pronounced words incorrectly as well as not using correct form of words (ego. lead with a short "e" sound, versus a long "e" sound for the same word. Her pauses, disconnected sentences, as well as the author's thoughts. Poorly done. The struggle wasn't worth finishing the book.
