Lovely continuation of Dr. Smith's journey into the varied world of medicine. His talent, background and friends open doors to less traditional medical roles. It is full of relatable and funny stories for anyone in the medical field. It is very well read as well.

I loved this book as it was entertaining, educational, and quite comical at times. Great read.
