This book provides aplenty of insight on obtaining grants for a beginner like myself or someone who is interested in learning about establishing a business. I have made lots of notes and will be reaching out to the established outlined by the authors. Thanks for breaking down the details and making sense of initiating a grant.

Lots of resourceful information

I would recommend this book to anyone wanting to write grants. It focus is more on nonprofits but is great info.

Great, useful, straight to the point info. Author even includes his personal process at the end as well as ways that he customizes. Had some old references, describes issues/hangups not relevant for 2021. Would love to see if there is a newer version but this is good enough to start.

It's Good...Is there a newer one?

I have no background in writing grants. Zero. Zilch.
After listening to this, book 4 or 5 times, sometimes I’m slow to ingest new information, I actually feel somewhat comfortable with some of the major tenets of grant writing. I think I grasp the gist of it. I have yet to go explore any of the many websites mentioned in the book, for example, grants.gov and about 30 to 40 others, I wasn’t counting. That’s the next step. I plan on reading this book again.

I liked this book. I recommend it.
