Very nice

3 different meditations, guided and visual, using down to earth analogies. Downloaded on my phone it is possible to take a break bout anywhere. I listened outside in fresh morning air and i will listen to it again. I have bookmarked the beginning of each visualization.

Relaxing

I find this audio meditation very relaxing and helpful. I recommend it. The music is pleasant and so is the narrator’s voice. I am very discerning about what I listen too because if the voice or music isn’t right for me I won’t be able to relax. This is a good one.
