They claim her best friend came here to marry a man she met on the Internet. But instead of jumping into wedded bliss, Julia took a dive off the bridge. The cops put it down as the lovesick suicide of a delusional stalker. Emi doesn't believe it, but isn't supposed to be interfering with the local authorities.
