He's done it again!

Ed James has done it again with an outstanding mystery thriller. This was the best DS Vicky Dodds yet,.... and I have loved them all! She has always been a real cop, with real everyday things to deal with. In this book, however, it goes beyond real. I thoroughly loved all the twists and turns that come about. PLEASE,... let there be another!!!!!

I liked this one a lot

I like the Vicki Dodds books. The crossover with the rest of the gang was fun.

Liked all the detectives playing together

I enjoyed this book. I was a bit lost because I’m not sure where it goes in the Dodd series but I listened to some others and pieced it together. Very enjoyable.

More Vikki plz

I love all your books. All the work you put into these books definitely paid off. It leaves me wanting more. She definitely has a lot more to do. I have all your books and I hope there is more to come. Angus King,of course,was great. He sure can bring a story to life. Thank you for all your books.

No warming up necessary!

I took to Vicki from the start! Admittedly, although I got to her from the Fenchurch series and grew to love him— I had to seriously warm up to the character. Simon’s story was definitely a process. Overall though his series ended quite well and I was more than satisfied. When his character drove to Vicki for help, I was surprised and intrigued. They definitely meshed well and it opened the door for exploring her series. Very much enjoyed both series!
