Baker voices Travis' vulnerability and hopefulness with a sympathetic touch as Travis is kicked out of his house after an argument with his grieving father. With only his great-great-great grandfather's guitar and a few dollars, Travis decides to find a local guitar maker who can repair his guitar and maybe even give him work.
