J.J. was a loner. He'd always been this way, even though he didn't realize it. J.J.'s loner ways led him to the perfect occupation for a person like him. A hired assassin. J.J. quickly became one of the best at his job. Being the best required a few things from him. Steady work, practice, and the ability to never love anyone or anything. Enter Makayla. A beautiful woman with a good heart. Makayla was a good person, but she had a bad habit of falling in with the wrong people. Makayla was attracted to the bad boy type of guy who treated her terribly. They say opposites attract. J.J. and Makayla fell for each other almost instantly. And that love couldn't have come at a better time for both of them. The downside to this was that both of them bought baggage from their dangerous lifestyles to the relationship. That old baggage puts both of them directly in the line of fire!
