The arsenal of guns that I can summon has grown along with the number of my allies, and we have managed to outrun the pursuing mages for the time being.

Unfortunately, to get away from them we had to go places they won’t: mutant infested wilderness, forgotten towns filled with strange religious cults, and even more dangerous locales.

So we still have plenty of problems, but as I’m learning, there aren’t many problems that can survive a bullet to the head.

nice expansion of the world, great way to make the reader interested and involved with the difference in species and how racial tension is perceived. a little slow in the middle but worth the listen

Another great book

I liked this book quite a bit. I'd like to see them a bit longer with a bit more story progression, but the book was still good. The narrators. did a great job as well. I look forward to the next book.

Great book

I just love this series, the world building is just incredible. The chemistry between the characters just makes the story. I can’t wait for the next book.
