The only purpose of this book is to help people receive the Holy Spirit with the sign of speaking in tongues according to the Bible. I give many verses from the Bible, and I believe if you finish reading this book, you will believe in and receive the Holy Spirit along with tongues as the Scriptures says we should. You are a hungry believer and in love with God. You desire as much of God as you can get in your walk with Him. I have designed it to help answer your questions and to provide a source for you to use and answer the questions of others. If you already speak in tongues, my prayer is you will gain a greater understanding and stirring to use your tongues. Also, my prayer for you is this book will aid you in leading others through the door of unknown tongues. Perhaps someone told you some disturbing things about tongues. Let me set you at ease. Let's imagine you are a believer in the first-century church. This is the church we read about in the Scriptures. To the first century church, the experience of speaking in tongues would be as common and as normal as praying the sinner’s prayer is today. Speaking in unknown tongues for the New Testament believer in the first-century church was as common and necessary as we view water baptism today. I'll show you this in the Scriptures. Tongues were not disturbing in the days of the first-century church writers. It's sad how we've allowed so-called theologians to make tongues disturbing. I believe you will enjoy, learn, and be challenged.
