When Wulfric needs the season's hottest toy, he turns to the only person who can help: Tammy's new boyfriend, who might not be human. Between pizza dinners, helpful Fae, and stacks of waffles, join the crew of Halfway as they solve a Christmas mystery and find out that sometimes, what you can't see can really hurt you.

This humorous paranormal short is for fans of witches, waffles, and Christmas. Listen with a cup of tea, and beware - there are spoilers ahead if you've not visited Halfway before.

I love this series and a holiday short was just the ticket tonight. Without spoiling it for anyone, it works up to a laugh out loud moment right from the beginning - and I'm with Wulfric. Better to make your own presents rather than go shopping any day. Of course, with Wulfric and Carlie involved, you can bet that creation involves a twist or two. The ending is a bit of a cliff hanger. Totally hoping that signals another book on the way. Can't wait! This was an audio listen for me. I've always read these on my kindle so to have the narrator match what I thought Carlie sounded like was stupendous. And the narration was amazing.

Absolutely loved the audio version. It brought the book to life. It had me laughing and crying, not out of sadness just because I'm laughing so much. I love Carlie and Wulfric plus the rest of the gang. Erin Spencer did a beautiful job on narrating.

Loved it!
