please, please, please...more MMS audiobooks! Hannah Green was excellent but MMS has many other classic books waiting to be told!

So glad that Michael Marshall Smith is back

And he's definitely still on form. I've loved his work since my first read, but wish he'd write more! I do like his Michael Marshall books too, but as MMS he seems to have a much greater imagination. This book creates yet another wonderful tapestry including Hell, the Devil, 12 fallen angels, and a mushroom. Not to be missed!

I cannot imagine a better voice for this story

or for that matter a better story for this voice.
There is a deep pleasure to be found in a rich tale so richly told.
