Can the curious journalist help the local pecan farmer trust people again?
Or will the reclusive farmer only go deeper into his shell?

Although cordial, the mysterious Jake Morris is all business and doesn't stay long enough in town to strike up a meaningful conversation with anyone, especially not with nosey journalist Hannah Warren.

Hannah Warren has always been curious about the orchardist, so when she finds an old circular of a missing man who resembles the pecan farmer, Hannah smells a story and decides to investigate in hopes of learning more about Jake Morris.

Listening to Hannah’s Discovery was very pleasing to the ear. I always like to listen to this narrator. Jake has become a recluse since moving to town. He is a pecan farmer, but no one has gotten to know him. He comes to town, does his business, then leaves. Hannah is a nosey reporter and wants to find out more about Jake. There is a reason why Jake doesn’t get close to anyone and Hannah wants to know. So she starts to investigate, but it could backfire on her. Wonderful characters and a good storyline.
I was given a copy of the book by the author for a honest review.

This was a fun book. Jake and Hannah literally run into each other and begin a rocky relationship. She is a reporter determined to find out all there is to know about him and he is determined to keep his past a secret. The bits of humor are enjoyable and the story kept me listening later than I should have. :-) I can always highly recommend the Reclusive Man Books.

The narration is quite acceptable.
