F-bomb is the word of the day

I started liking Jon Reznick... but as the books go along, they've basically all the same. nothing new. more important, I'm just tired of the f-bomb dropped in EVERY CONVERSATION. 5 times in one sentence/ interaction. it just so old and unnecessary. I'm glad I didn't pre-buy the next book already.

same story as the last one

totally improbable story. travel times were crazy. who keeps c-4 at home? then there are the phone calls and the IT guy who can move from place tobplace and set up shop in 15 minutes or less.

Reznick to the Rescue!!

When Jon Reznick’s lifelong friend and his wife are murdered Reznick has no choice but to track down the killers. On the night of the murders he was able to wound one of them. He tracks down the others in the south and finds a trail leading back to New York. There he looks for whoever gave the order and was ultimately responsible. He finds a thread linking the person to the mafia. But… the FBI has a confidential informant they are protecting deep within the organization and they want Jon out. The director says he’s gone rogue again and places the responsibility squarely in Martha Meyerstein’s lap. Because she’s had a long time relationship with Reznick she does everything in her power to keep him safe without putting her own job at risk.
This is a fast paced, exciting story with plenty of action. If you’re looking for a quick, fun story you won’t be disappointed.
Jeffrey Kafer does a great job narrating.

I want Reznick on my detail team!

I love this series, the plot of each book always moves along at breakneck speed and the supporting characters are great, can't wait until #11!

Reznick now a comic book character

The John Reznick series has been an above average thriller character. But series seems out of steam as now plot is abadon for full time action hero. One heroic death defying stunt after the other. Against all odds Resnick defeats 4-6 bad guys with a paper clip and a smile. JK. But that is what this book feels like as you go. Sorry but is a little plot and too much to ask?
